All food photos on this website are my styling work, and some are also my photos. Thanks to Erin Adams Photography and All Around Artsy for other amazing collaborations. Recent clients include Hickory Nut Gap FarmsLooking Glass Creamery, Shanti Elixirs in Asheville, NC, and Tea India in NJ. I've also written for the Wall Street Journal and New York Times Style Magazine, and have seen my photos featured in BUST magazine, and others.

Recipe Development and Copywriting

I develop recipes and write copy for cookbooks, editorial projects, and restaurants. My first project was at Anne Willan's legendary editorial program at Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne, where I worked on her travel cookbook La France Gastronomique. Later in New York I collaborated with international chef Laurent Tourondel to produce his second cookbook New American Bistro Cooking. I also wrote for several publications including the WALL STREET JOURNAL where I spent a year as a writer and recipe editor.

Culinary Television

I provide culinary support on set as a foodstylist and culinary assistant. This includes floor reporting to producers during filming, set dressing, prepping mise-en-place and full dishes for shots, meeting with producers and director to discuss scenes, set dressing, and product sourcing. Clients include The Pioneer Woman , Chopped and Chopped Junior at the Food Network Studios in New York City.
